Real people, not a call center. Based in New York’s Capital Region.

After the hail, homeowners aren’t comparing roofers.

They call one of the first names they see. This is a free look at whether that name is yours, in every neighborhood you serve, and what the AI assistants say when somebody asks them who to call.

Eighty seconds. Includes a live grid scan of one contractor’s market, showing the neighborhoods he had no idea he was invisible in.

We built the system that runs it, and it sends the report back in ten or fifteen minutes. No cost, no contract, and nobody calls you unless you ask us to.

Takes about 15 minutes on our end. We don’t sell your information or add you to a call list.

You don’t have a ranking. You have a different one in every neighborhood.

Most contractors have one number in their head for where they show up. The truth is that your position changes street by street, and the version you see when you search from the shop is the best one you have. The audit checks it from dozens of separate points across your market so you can see the whole picture at once.

A grid scan of a roofing contractor's Google Maps position, strong near the shop and weak at the edges of the market
A real grid scan. Each pin is where this contractor came up when somebody searched from that exact spot.
  • Your map, pin by pin

A live scan across your service area showing where you place from each point, and which competitor holds the spots you are losing.

  • What AI says about you

We run the prompts a homeowner would actually type after a storm and show you, word for word, which companies come back and where you sit.

  • Your Google profile, audited

Category, service list, review volume and recency, photos, hours. The fields that decide whether you make the shortlist in the first place.

  • What to fix first, in order

A short, ranked list. Most of it you can do yourself, and we will say which items are worth paying anyone for.

The search box isn’t the only place they’re looking anymore.

AI assistants keep no roster of contractors of their own. They read your Google Business Profile and say it back out loud, which means one stale field can quietly remove you from a recommendation you never knew was happening.

How it works

Three steps, and the first two are entirely on us.

Step one

Free Findability Score

You send the business name and city. We scan your map position, your Google profile and the AI answers for your market. Nothing needed from you beyond the form.

Step two

We show you the gaps

You get the full report back in ten or fifteen minutes, written in plain language, with the problems ranked by what they are actually costing you.

Step three

You get found

Fix it yourself with the list, or bring us in to handle it. Plenty of contractors take the report and run with it, and that is a fine outcome.

A roofer we already do this for

Black Square Roofing & Exterior, Arlington Heights

They have been putting roofs on houses in the northwest Chicago suburbs since 2007, and they cover twenty-nine communities from Palatine and Schaumburg out to Barrington and Lake Forest. Roofing, siding, gutters, commercial flat work, and custom copper. We built their website and we look after how they turn up in search.

If you want to see the standard we hold ourselves to when it is our own client’s name on the line, go and have a look at it.

Fair questions

What does it cost?

Nothing, and there is no version of this that turns into an invoice later. We do these because a good number of contractors read the report, see something they want help with, and come back. Most don’t, and that is genuinely fine.

Are you going to call me?

No. The report comes by email. If you want to talk it through there is a link in it to book time, and if you don’t, you will hear from us once more at most.

How long does it take?

Ten or fifteen minutes. The scan starts the moment you submit, and the report is emailed to you as soon as it finishes.

I work out of a truck with no shop address. Can you still do it?

Yes, all of it. Roofers without a published address used to be the one case we could not grid-scan, because the scanner needs an address to anchor to. We built a second scanner for exactly that, so you get the same pin-by-pin map of where you show up and where you don’t, plus the AI and profile sections. Nothing to tick — we work it out from your Google profile.

Is this just an automated report?

It runs on a system we built ourselves, here in the States. It is not a white-label tool somebody resold us, and it is not a template with your name dropped into it. Scanning a hundred grid points by hand would be absurd, so the system does the scanning and writes it up off your real data — your profile, your competitors, your market. If anything in it looks wrong, reply to the email and a person will go through it with you.

The contractors who clean up after a hail event are rarely the cheapest or the best. They are the ones already sitting at the top of the list when the phones start.
