The free visibility review is provided for informational purposes to help you understand your current online presence.

Search rankings and online visibility depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party platforms (such as Google) and their algorithms and policies. We use professional methods and best practices, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Any timelines or examples we share are estimates, not promises.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and any access we reasonably need to perform services (for example, to your Google Business Profile or website), and that you have the authority to grant that access.
4. Fees and payment
Any paid services, fees, and payment terms will be described in a separate agreement or order. The visibility review is free and carries no obligation.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website is owned by Evolve, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work products delivered to you as part of paid services are governed by your service agreement.
6. Third-party platforms
Our services interact with third-party platforms (Google, directories, review sites, etc.). We are not responsible for those platforms’ actions, outages, or policy changes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolve, LLC and Findability Experts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
